A period heating belt is a slim, USB-rechargeable heating pad on an adjustable belt. Most have 3 heat levels and several vibration modes, and you wear it over your clothes around the waist. Here is what to look for.
What matters
- Heat levels. Three levels is standard — always start on the lowest.
- Vibration modes. Nice to have; some women prefer heat only.
- Battery. Expect one to a few sessions per charge; charge fully before first use.
- Fit. An adjustable, elastic belt that stays in place when you move.
- Display. A small screen or LEDs make the setting easy to see.
