Orders
When you place an order, please give a correct name, phone number and full address. We confirm orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, the details are incomplete, or an item is out of stock — you will not be charged.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all charges except delivery. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; a flat Rs 200 applies below that. The final total is shown before you place your order. Prices and stock may change, but the price you ordered at will be honoured.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash to the rider on delivery. Please accept parcels you have ordered — repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, using the details provided by the maker or supplier. Small differences in colour, packaging or design can happen between batches.
Medical information
HeatingPad.pk sells heat-comfort products only. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Heat can give comfort but does not treat any disease. If pain is severe, new, follows an injury, or comes with fever, numbness, swelling or weakness, see a doctor.
Safe use
Read the instructions and safety notes before use. Start on the lowest heat, use for 15–20 minutes at a time, never sleep with an electric pad or blanket switched on unless the manual allows it, and never lie on top of a heating pad. Use hot tap water (never boiling) in hot water bags, and unplug electric heat pouches before use. Take extra care with children, elderly users and anyone with diabetes or poor feeling in the skin.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in working condition, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or by not following the instructions or your doctor's advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
