Use it safely: follow the heating time on the pack exactly — overheating can make it burst. Always wrap it in a cloth, use it for about 15–20 minutes at a time, and never use it on numb or broken skin. For a cold pack, never put it directly on bare skin. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, ask your doctor first.
